TimerLift ("we", "our", or "the app") is a workout timer application developed by Francesco Milione. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use TimerLift on your Apple device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

TimerLift does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Name, email address, or any identifying information
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or crash reports sent to our servers

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All data you create in TimerLift — such as your timers and settings — is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device unless you have iCloud Backup enabled in your iOS settings, in which case it is backed up by Apple under their own Privacy Policy.

3. HealthKit

TimerLift integrates with Apple HealthKit to write workout data (such as active calories and workout duration) to your Health app after a session. We access HealthKit only with your explicit permission, which you can grant or revoke at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → TimerLift.

• HealthKit data is read and written exclusively on your device
• We never transmit your health data to our servers or any third party
• HealthKit data is never used for advertising or marketing purposes
• We do not share HealthKit data with any other app or service

4. Third-Party Services

TimerLift does not integrate any third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics services. The only external services involved in your use of the app are Apple's App Store and Apple HealthKit, both governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

TimerLift does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected at all, the app is safe for users of all ages.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this Privacy Policy, the new version will be published at this URL. We encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
